I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here with the on-site garage. As I had pre-booked the Hotel and parking I was fully aware that there was an additional charge @ 5EUR for the use of the secure garage on site. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, very clean and the large bed was great. I thought the room was great. The location was a short distance from the City Centre and easily walkable. The Hotel Receptionists was very welcoming, and very helpful and they spoke English which was a bonus. The Continental Breakfast was inclusive of the room price, although a limited selection, it was very nice and set you up for the day. I would consider the Saint Martial Hotel to be good value for money and great for an overnight stay.

The hotel was extremely well managed by welcoming staff who made us very comfortable . The rooms were spotless and serviced each day with changes of towels and drink facilities. The decor was fresh and detailed with attention to detail and guest security. A lovely continental breakfast buffet was served each day, often with homemade cakes. Guests can buy cold drinks and have access to tea snd coffee facilities in rooms and the dining area. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

Elodie greeted us and was extremely helpful and a delight. The room was a good size for 2 and the bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. The included continental breakfast had a good variety including fruit, yogurts and muesli, boiled eggs and pastries. The reserved hotel parking was booked out but we were able to easily find paid street parking right outside the hotel (it was a Wednesday afternoon and free 7pm to 9am). We would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfy and we all had a great sleep. The location was great everything was accessible by foot. Breakfast was good, the coffee was particularly nice .The shower was lovely and I like that the toilet was separate from the shower room. My favourite part of our room was the electric blinds, I like a really dark room to sleep in and these blinds ensured a well deserved lie in was possible.

We arrived later than check-in time, which was not a problem, our key was waiting for us in an envelope and instructions were given beforehand. We had to park on the street, but were able to find a parking spot close by. Staff was very friendly and very helpful!
